InCorp wasn't built to be a registered agent company. In January 1998, we were founded for a single purpose: to manage the entities of a private investment bank engaged in mergers and acquisitions of publicly-traded companies. That meant forming, dissolving, amending, and qualifying entities while tracking compliance deadlines across dozens of states at once. It was detail-intensive, deadline-driven work that sharpened us. By the time we opened to the public in June 2001, we'd spent three years operating at a level of rigor most of the industry was just reaching for, and had built in-house the full stack a sophisticated client needs.
In 2003, we extended coverage to all 50 states, becoming a true national provider. Over the following years we acquired National Business Incorporators and several trusted regional firms.
